Refund policy
Within 14 days, you may request a refund for the remaining refundable stored-value portion after payment-provider fees. Plan fees and promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable.
Credit spend order
Usage draws down current plan credits, then rollover plan credits, stored-value credits, signup gift credits, then bonus credits — requests stop once credits run out.
Payment methods
Stripe Checkout shows eligible methods — card, Link, PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay — based on your account, region, currency, and risk review.
Continuing means you agree to the refund and credit-spend rules above.
Payment safety
The success page never grants credits itself — the server does, after verifying Stripe's signature and idempotency, so a refresh or webhook retry can't double-charge you.
